These Terms govern your use of Janken JP Casino (the "Service"). By connecting a wallet and using the Service, you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age for gambling or gaming in your country or region of residence. Use by anyone below the legal age is strictly prohibited.

Laws on online gambling, gaming and crypto-assets differ by country and region, and may prohibit them entirely. Before using the Service, you are solely responsible for confirming that it is lawful where you live or are located, and for complying with those laws.

You may not use the Service from any jurisdiction where it is prohibited, or in any way that breaks applicable law. We may restrict access from certain countries or regions without notice. We are not responsible for any consequences of your breach of the laws of your location.

The Service uses smart contracts on the Base network and handles USDC (native USDC on Base). You are responsible for your wallet, private keys and recovery phrase. We never know your private key and cannot withdraw your deposit on your behalf.

We are not responsible for transfers to a wrong address, network or token, for lost or stolen wallets, or for network (gas) fees. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

Each round's result is fixed in advance by a commit (hash of the seed) published when the round starts, and the seed is revealed after settlement so that fairness can be verified. Locking stakes, paying winnings and applying losses are performed by the smart contract.

Before playing, you sign with your wallet the maximum amount you are willing to lose in the session (loss limit). Your balance will never be wagered beyond that limit. You can revoke a signed permission at any time using the contract's revoke function.

The play balance shown while no wallet is connected (such as $1,000) is for trying the game only and has no cash or crypto value. It cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred or moved to a real balance.

Gamble for entertainment only, with money you can afford to lose. Do not chase losses. Use loss limits and take breaks. If you think you may have a gambling problem, please contact a professional support service in your country or region.

You must not use the Service by unfair means (including exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the system or smart contracts, or unfair automated play), for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose, with another person's wallet without permission, or to circumvent access restrictions (including disguising your location with a VPN or similar). We may restrict your use if we find such conduct.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by failures or delays of blockchains, smart contracts, networks or third-party services, by maintenance, or by changes in the value of crypto-assets. The Service is not an investment or financial product and does not guarantee any profit.

We may change or suspend the Service, or change these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. For material changes we will ask for your agreement again.
